In the event of such a force majeure occurrence, Rostra Labs, Inc. will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable. If the force majeure event continues for a period exceeding six (6) months, either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party.

Severability:

If any provision of these Disclaimers is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Disclaimers and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
